Jack Rayner, representing Nike and Melbourne Track Club in Australia, placed 13th in the Road to Paris men's 10,000 meters by clocking a new national record 27:09.57 at The TEN at JSerra High in San Juan Capistrano, Calif. Rayner ran 27:15.35 last year at The TEN to produce the Australian all-time mark.
